SPECIAL HOTEL RATE FOR FAN CONVENTION

  • $149 per night + taxes

  • Once you are registered for FAN, you will recieve a confirmation email with a link and information to register at the hotel.

  • We may be able to pair you with a roommate to save costs on room. Please let us know with registration if you are interested in finding a roommate.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Hotel cost is NOT included in your registration fee.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • The Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa is a 100% non-smoking facility.

  • Check in: 3pm/Check out: Noon

  • Hotel Room Tax: 9.5 percent

  • $15 parking fee per vehicle, per night.

  • Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. One night room and tax will be charged to credit card if cancelled within 24 hours prior to check-in date.

  • Cancellation Policy: 24-hour cancellation notice required.

  • Rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice.

  • Pets: We do not allow pets in our facilities except service dogs.

  • Crib: Available at no extra charge.

  • Roll Away: Available at $15 per night.
